Beyond the Book: A Peek Inside the Wyoming Log Cabin Life of Coral & Tusk's Stephanie Housley
We're going to be sharing some behind-the-scenes from our book photo shoots over the next couple months, and what better way to start than with one of our most favorite trips to Stephanie Housley's (owner of Coral & Tusk) beautiful cabin in the woods outside Jackson Hole, Wyoming. First thing is first. Stephanie had the most wonderful dog, Paco, a mastiff rescue dog and truly the most gentle giant we've ever met. He sadly has since past away, and we feel lucky to have been able to spend some time with him.
We had scheduled the trip for the end of October hoping to set a cozy scene with some snow. When we arrived... no snow. When we woke up? SNOW! Also a stroke of good luck.
We spent most of the time there working, we swear, but did swing in to town for a few more of Stephanie's pillows for the shoot from the lovely store, Workshop. Yes, we also did some personal shopping. And we loved meeting their shop dog too!
A couple action shots of Stephanie, Aimee and Paco :)
The last morning, we woke up early (in spite of possibly having too much red wine the night before) and took a sunrise walk. It was freezing, but well worth it.
And then we were off, and leaving from one of the most beautiful airports we've even flown out of!
